after 12 weeks undergone surgical posting, at last i've finish my surgical xm... uhuk.

it's started a week ago after attending my cousin's wedding at kemaman, baru perasan exam is just around the corner. otomatik otak jadi blank. zero. JEE-RHO!
semakin hari semakin tidak siuman.
semakin hari semakin tidak betul.
semakin hari semakin tingtong.
slalunya, bila time exam je, mesti ade physiological changes. demam la, diarrhoea la tapi yg penting, dua benda ni mesti naik. Selera Makan, Selera Tidur. oh ya. selera tido. aku prasan lg dekat ngn exam, lg kuat aku tdo. uhuk. i guest studying is exhausting to my brain.
i admit that i my exam preparation is far from adequate. ntah le. sejak dlu camni. awal2 posting semangat waja, tp lg dekat ngn hujung posting, makin malas. sepatutnya makin rajin la kan? prepare untuk exam. but for me, terbalik. makin pelik. time ni la selera makan pelik2 datang. nak makan lamb chop la, lasagna la, kuewtiau hongkong la, pelik2 la. pastu orang len bace bku, bce notes, tp aku duk layan majalah. majalah keta, majalah fesyen, even katalog Giant pon bace. haha.
exam!
1st day exam not very good. PMP devasting. soklan sikit tapi the mark weighting is heavy. pergh... klo xleh jawab 1 soklan tu, memang betul2 penalize punye la. da le byk xleh jawab. im devasted. even MCQ pun not very good. well, better than PMP but doesnt give me any significant boost at all. haish... ape nak jadi ni?
at one point, i though i don't want to do clinical exam. rase nak balik. give up and fed up with surgery. i realize that, the more i read, the more i learn, the more confuse i become. it's like exploring deep forrest. the deeper you go, the more that you don't know. oh this is so frustating. but somehow, i join study group and i found that whatever will come in 2nd day, just go through with it.
2nd day exam. arini!
tak pikir pun nak lulus ke nak fail, sebab tau ari pertama semalam jawab exam cam crappy je. tapi tu perkara semalam. arini, semangat baru. da tak pikir lulus ke fail, pikir nak abeskan exam je. less stressful that way.
long case dapat case stomach Ca. apakah? i never met this type of case before. oh did i miss this case before? intestinal obstruction tu common, tapi stomach Ca. oh God, help me to go through this case. haish. history taking and physical examination was smooth. the patient was very cooperative even though the patient didn't understand malay so much. tapi ok la given that i can get basic history from the patient.
but when it come to presenting the case, i collapse. (of course not literally). dapat 2 examiner, oh this is the 1st time i get two examiners. sorang prof khay, sorang lg.... xpnah jumpe pun? don't ask me how the presenting goes but in summary, even some basic question especially physiology question that i can't answer. hurm... i didn't read much on stomach and oesophagus, but instead i focus more on intestine and hepatobilliary system. but mebi the luck wasn't in my side.
do you believe in miracle? i hope there will be miracle. i pray to Allah that i will pass my exam.
oh now what?
now that i've finish my exam, so what now?
keluar je exam tadi, macam2 terpikir kat otak ni. so what my next plan? banyak sangat, sampai xtau dari mule nak start.

blaca adalah bila anda blaja dengan cara membaca. yes! oleh kerana aku da abes exam, korang blace la eh. blaja dan membace. hehe. tak kisah la buat exam ngn teruk, tp smentare tgh abes exam ni, cuti la sepuas-puasnya....
